Can you handle the approval process with council for me?
We have a dedicated compliance officer who will prepare all required documentation and plans and lodge them to council for approval on your behalf. All you need to do is sit back and wait for our call to say the job is approved!

Do you custom design each project?
Yes, we do. We have a Design Consultant who will visit your property and custom design the perfect area for you. We do not use prefabricated kits. Every home is different and has different requirements.

How should you dispose of the water from the roof?

In NSW, any water that runs off your project roof must run into an existing stormwater drainage system.

What are the maximum height and floor area of the project?
The maximum height may change depending on how close the project is to the boundary and neighbouring buildings.
There may also be considerations for the average height of the building if the project is to be attached to an existing structure.
Shading of other houses needs to be taken into account when deciding on the height of the building.
Can you repair my existing carport or pergola?
Unfortunately, we do not carry out repair work on existing carports or pergolas. You are best to contact a local handyman for this type of work.
Which roof styles can I choose?
Flat roofs are possibly the most popular type, as they are cheap and quick to install. A slight incline can make a big difference in the roof’s drainage without altering its appearance.

A Skillion roof is a flat roof with a significant slope. Many modern homes have a skillion roof for their impression profile and passive climate control properties.

A gabled roof is ideal for mimicking the style of your home. They generally require a little more in materials and labour than flat roofs and thus a bit more of an investment, but the finish can be worth it.
